Thumbs up The Machinist

I watched this the other night, Christian Bale plays a factory worker with insomnia. Brilliant, and really makes you think throughout. I tried writing a little review with my post but realised i couldnt do it without giving the plot away!

Well worth watching and finding out for yourselfs!

Yep good film, watched it on a plane & when he first appears without his top on there was a noise accross the cabin as those watching it saw him & reacted.

Apparantly an apple & a can of tuna per day is all he ate to lose the weight, then he had to gain muscle again for Batman, the director thought he would never do it in time & was going to re-cast, but he did it.

I would love to know his workout routine !
