Checking a car ovr before purchase
Looking at getting another car, I know sweet FA about mechanics, so I want to get the car checked over (not yet found one) so it could be from a dealer or private. Any suggestions on companies I could use????

Any of your mates a mechanic ?
You should be reasonably safe with a reputable stealer - ask around for recommendations of dealers in your area. Most stealers will HPI and offer some form of warranty.
If private - get it checked with HPI and as mentioned the AA/RAC can inspect it, but I'd personally ask a pal that was a mechanic.
