Parking Ticket
I have just got a parking ticket, fair dues I was 10 mins over my time. However I want to mess the local council about as they cant even fix my street lights outside my house.
So if I pay within 7 days the fine is only £25.00, im thinking of sending them 25 x £1.00 cheques to cause max **** about.
My question is
Is this legal and will they process it?

Check the small print on the ticket for how they will accept payment. I suspect intentionally pi$$ing them about may result in them making an example of you if there is any way they can

You can theoretically write a cheque on anything, i remember a guy paid a fine by writing it on an old toilet and presenting it at the court
