I think they ought to run those darned paediatricians out of town.

For christ sake, it's a 12 year old boy, who desperately needs locking up in a padded cell and some electric shock therapy or whatever they do to "help" these "people" and who has more than likely suffered at the hands of an adult previously.
A kicking won't do him, or anyone else much good, apart from make the kickers feel better for a few minutes!
What a horrible, disgusting reflection on society when a child does this to other children. We have serious, serious problems!

I say hang him by his nads until dead, revive him then repeat as required.
His parents should be made to watch songs of praise for three weeks solid then sterilised with a blunt rusty spoon.
The little ****** does want putting away for the safety of others, what he did was wrong and damages other kids, this is not right.

attach crocodile clips to his nads and the other end to a capacitor powering a competition quality Sub, stick some bassy heavy metal track on the CD player, then everytime the bass kicks in the capacitor will discharge frying his gonads. As it is not a constant shock he will not get used to it
