If I saw someone on thier own flapping around and going under water then I'd jump in and help them.

Movements synchronised with the music (like rhythm gymastics on the water).

I like the idea of dancing under water etc but I don't like the idea of it being solo.It sounds better as a group activity like aqua-aerobics.

Its not as bad as that speed walking rubbish - how foolish do they look??
It cant be good for them either!! The speed walking that is.
