Alarm + Security for big warehouse

Alarm + Security for big warehouse
I needa basic type alarm that would be suitable for a big warehouse.
Size is around 4000 sq ft with roof height of about 30ft?
It has two huge doors(20 ft high?) for the entrance but nothing else, i was thinking about some sort of laser beam type thing behind the doors, I can then put a/the siren up in the roof (if i can find a long enough ladder!) so they wouldnt be able to get to it. Theres a house almost directly next door that could come to my aid if they heard a siren or similar.
Its only temporary as my other warehouse is full so dont really want to throw money away on a "real" alarm system and of course I need it as low cost (read that as cheap
