Strange one!
On the underside of my foot is a small hole, the size of a needle head.
I don't remember standing on anything and this is the first i've really noticed it.
It looks maybe 2-3mm deep!
Anyone know WTF it is??

Prolly a verucca Dave. IIRC this is transmitted by a virus, most often in swimming pools which is inducted by a cut or slash.
If you're concerned, get it checked out, you have only two feet (!).

sounds like a verruca. Might have a tiny black dot in the centre. It's a wart, IIRC a virus, which is contagious and which you can buy lots of things to burn it off. Or you can just wait a year or two, watch your foot develop five of them, and eventually they'll clear up of their own accord.

yep - deffo verucca - I have quite a big hole in my heel - about 3-4mm across and same deep.
Noticed about a year ago i've now got 3 v close together.
I occasionally take a sharp blade and cut off all the hard skin off my heel, effectively cutting off the hole back to the black dots of the verrucca, tried all sorts of **** nothing touches it.
I've had it 10+ years - hasn't gone yet.
I went to a chiropodist who sliced it, put salicylic acid on it - i could'nt feckin walk for a week it was murder - plus it didn't work and i've never been back.
I walk miles a day in my job, I can't not be able to walk comfortably.
feckin annoying though

Sure you haven't gone missing inexplicably for a few days and woken up naked in the middle of a crop circle? The huge satellite dish protruding from your arris can be a dead giveaway

Lol at all the d1ck's!
It isn't sore and doesn't have any hard skin around it, or underneath the skin at all. It sort of look's like a simple wee bit of skin beginning to peel away, but it has the depth, which i found weird...
