Just been printing some piccys, on a standard injet printer, and i notice they are not what you,d call photo quality ()

so i pulled out one of the freebie printers my old firm gave me

thier Xerox Phaser 840 & 850 models, one i know has the photo upgrade board in, so i fired it up and gave it a whirl


hmmm the firts piccy was ok but again suffered from dots, and looked abit por on the resolution side of things...


so i had a dive into the settings, and upped all the resolutions

The results were amazing, whilst they may not be as sharp as professional prints, they aint bad for fill colour A4 shots


the resloution is 1200x600 i believe, what are photo printers these days?

best bit is ... loads of free wax to do all the printing
