Default Anyone on '3' network?

Been with '3' for about a week and tried to send a pic message today without success. I then tried to send one to my 3 phone from my O2 phone, again without success.

Phoned 3 and they said that it appears to be a network problem which they are looking at. Any 3 customers on here confirm that, or were they just pulling my leg?

Also, when a pic message is received on a 3 phone, is it a case of needing to download it from a site, or does it arrive in the message?

TYIA.

Hiya

I tried the other day and it didn't send, so I thought I'd done something wrong. Give me a shout when you've sorted yours out and I'll try mine again

Hi , Have been on 3 for about 6 months now. I have had some problems at the start of the contract but seem to get sorted within a couple of weeks. No real problems now apart from 3g signal can fluctuate a bit. Keep trying if not phone for new setting for your phone.

Hi,
Three have been excellent for the two years I have been with them.
My photo messages can be sent to Vodaphone networks no problem- and as a full mms. The do not seem to be able to viewed on an Orange network.

All the best.

I've had nothing but trouble with 3 from day one. One of the worst companies in the world to deal with. Totally useless "help desk" in India with dumb operators who can't understand difference between Monaco and Morocco. Phone never worked correctly at all and only managed a total of 45 minutes worth of calls in six months despite paying £30 per month. Invoices incorrect every month for six months.
Company won't answer any letters and refuse to help with faulty phone. No network coverage at all in North Devon but company's attitude is just "tough luck, you signed 12 contract so just pay up for non-existent service from crap company"!

Now referred company to Ofcom an dawaiting their response.

No, I wouldn't recommend 3 phones!
