Question ebay and China

After all the talk of growing the economies of the East - here is a new take on it.

I have seen eleven ebay auctions 'cloned' by members in China.

What's all that about? Is this a recent thing or have I just missed it in the past.

And in terms of prevalence it is eleven out of around two hundred specialist hi-fi auctions that I am refering to, not eleven out of thousands!

Ebay is awash with china / Ireland / germany frauds at the moment,

its all high value electronic goods, usually witha buy it now or a stupid start price.

the sellers are all gobbldygook names, and usuall have 100% feedback gained over buying 10 or 12 items, usually make up for a couple of quid, the sellers too are made up names, the whole system is a huge scamming enterprise..

and what do ebay do, Jack!!!!

if you report it they close it, but there are thousands like this daily

the trouble is there are some genuine China merchants, who supply some good stuff at huge savings over the uk, ok its quirky, and may not have the longevity, of the same stuff bought herem but you can often buy 2 for the price you,d pay over here.

once agin it shows ebays lack of controls,
