Hello

It appears that on Sky+ any movie recorded after 10pm requires a pin to watch it during the day (even children's movies).

I have no idea what my pin is (and it isn't the last four digits of my viewing card). Is there anyway I can reset it or do I really have to call Sky?

The pin number is the last 4 digits on the back of your Sky viewing card

I phoned them in the end. It is infact the last four digits of your ORIGINAL SkyCard, I have had mine upgraded/replaced several times over the years.

Anyway, the call center was quite quick for a cahnge (<10 minutes) and they told me the pin.
