And wasn't he allowed to pay off families to lessen charges against him????

Does it not strike anyone as odd that he was the first foreigner tried in post-war Vietnam for sex offences?
Smacks of some kind of setup because there must be huge numbers of pedophiles going to Vietnam. (more now with that lenient sentence)

Paedophiles should face "justice" on the level that witches used to.
Instead of Witchfinder Generals there should be Paedofinders. And instead of getting ducked in water with the options of "Drown and you're innocent don't and we'll kill you. Paedophiles should be taken to a tall building, Have a heavy weight tied to they're tackle and then have it thrown off the building. The guilty/innocent verdict should be made upon the outcome of the "Drop". If your tackle gets torn off you must be innocent if it doesn't you can have it removed by a series of cuts with a blunt cleaver by every member of your victims family, who then reattach it and start all over again.

While his past record puts him in a pretty poor light, I was a little surprised that the court case lasted less than a day. There also seemed to be no mention of a jury. I do wonder if Mr Gadd got a fair trial, even if the final outcome was just.

I laughed when people said that Jonathan King remained in the UK and hardly gets mentioned. Why cant Glitter?
Simple, nobody ever liked King as he was a ****, whereas Glitter you used to sing along to his songs/listen to his 'pleas for help' about drugs and alcohol so you sympathised with him. Then he goes humps a 28 year old...... (made up of collective ages of 3 wee girls!!).
I say he should come back here so we sort him out. And none of that PC-crap either.
