MOT - is it now worth going for 13 months?
Or not??
In the good ole days you could take your car for a MOT a month before the old one ran out and therefore get 13 months if it passed.
If it failed, you had 1 month to sort it and still remain legal .....
BUT, now its on computer ......... if it fails its a MOT failure right away and the police can prosecute if you continue to drive it - so, whats the point now in an early MOT test??

It may well have failed the test but it still has test left on it, it's no different to how it ever was, there's just one of them new fangled pooters involved...they'll never catch on!
(obviously if you have bald tyres etc you'll still get done for that should you get stopped but you could have bald tyres anytime)

I found it easy, but then I guess you are not that intelligent?
Your intelligence develops as you progress through to puberty, so you may well catch up - please don't worry about your lack of ability at such a young age.

Im not sure about that.
On the back of the computerised fail-sheet I got a few weeks ago it said the car had failed and I should get it repaired as soon as possible within the time remaining on the existing test certificate.
The way I read that is that the new failure doesnt invalidate the old certificate.
