IIRC it was the Replicators trying to access the temple (cant rememeber the planets name) with the weapon in it.
Anyone seen the new series on sky? Its it me or is Jackson a little less bookworm and more soldier now?
Anybody feel it went slightly down hill after the death match with assended gu'aould?

Ah Replicators, little buggers! Sounds like it might be "New Order, Part 2" that you've missed, as it involves the replicators attacking the Asgard colony Orilla.
Daniel has strayed a little from the books but he does wander back to them from time to time later on.
There is a bit of a slowdown until the new bad guys turn up, then it heats up (snigger) a little bit.
I've missed a fair bit of season 8 and 9, so need to catch up. I've been watching Atlantis though, and must say it's getting rather good.

Have to agree with you there Markus, Atlantis is getting to be rather watchable.
The 2 parter wasn't "New order", this 1 involves the planet that the Jaffa set up their Parlament on.
Talking about Adlantis, did you watch last weeks episode with the top 1/2 of Carter in a bikini?? very
And I've just found out that Varla (the ex snake head who got sucked into the black hole created by the Orai), was infact in Farscape

Missed the McKay/Carter episode, but it's on the movie on demand thing, so I'll check it out.
When I found out about Vala, I was thinking; "What is this, Farscape reunited!" Next thing we'll see Stark and D'Argo (bit of resurection never hurt).
As for the Ori, keep an eye out in later episodes for Cancer Man/CGB Spender from X-Files as he's a Prior.
Final bit of Triva for you. Why did Lexa Doig (Rommie/Andromeda from Andromeda) get the part of Dr Lam. Might be because she's married to Dan Jackson (in the real world of course) and he appeared on at least one episode of Andromeda, as did Teal'c!

Antoher crossover from 'dromie to SGA is Brent Stait who played Rec Bem on 'drommie and played Michael in the SGA Episode "Allies" (which I think is the final episode from Season 2 - Guess where the Wraith are headed! ) when Connor Trinneer (Trip from Enterprise) could not reprise the role due to personal reasons. Spookly, in his Wraith makeup, Brent looks a lot like Connor.
Yes, I do watch a fair bit of sci-fi Just getting near to finishing off the X-Files "Mythology" box sets. Just got William and The Truth part 1 and 2 to watch.

Hahahaha, lest that makes me feel better. I'm not a sci fi geek.
Gotta admit though Jason Momoa and Keith Hamilton Cobb do look similar (to me atleast).
I only really watch SG and SGA and the old Babylon 5. Have to say I usually go by voices not faces as that the easily recognizable bit with make up, (Quark and the Headmaster from Buffy being an example,(same guy))

Weyoun, Brunt, Chap from Re-Animator = Jeffery Combs
Plus G'Kar from B5 played a Romulan on TNG.
Have to admit the B5 is one of my fave shows. Had boxsets of the complete series on VHS, plus all the movies. Must get round to purchasing them on DVD. Pity the film was shelved, plus Richard Biggs (Dr Franklin) dying was rather sad.

The lead up to the Shadow wars was brilliant, I kinda lost it after that. I haven't seen the ranger movie, but I really must.
How impressive did the White Star look

I remember re-watching it after it ended and spoted things about the prelude to the war that I'd not "got" when I first watched it. The mysterious Mr Morden, what a git Love the fact that Vir got that which he told Morden he wanted "To see your head on a pike, whereupon I'll wave like this" - he waves
Crusade is pretty good too.
Whitestar is still one of the best ships out there.
I remember the UK getting some of the episodes before the US did and boy did I have some fun pissing off us friends
