i very much doubt it unless you know someone who works with them in a zoo, i have been about 3 feet from a few of them at the "roys secret gardens" in the mirage hotel in vegas, and if you were stupid enough i dare say you could fit your hand thru the small wire fence !!

Sounds like the experience of a lifetime, ok, the last experience of her lifetime but it's an experience nonetheless!
If you are going to bump her off then surely it would be cheaper to encourage her to savour the view at Beachy Head?

Cuddle a tiger? it'd have to be pretty tame to say the least! Tiger cub, possibly, but unlikley.
You'd want to have a peek around the net for a zoo/wildlife park that has tigers, and see if there are any cubs there, then ask them if it's possible to do what is wanted. I would have thought they'd say no, unless you're some "special" person, or are on the "trip to disneyland" list.

I got to do that as a kid in the days of circus's having animals. My parents have a black and white picture of me at the age of about 4 holding a tiger cub. Not something that would ever happen now in the UK due to health and safety, animal welfare etc.
As suggested somewhere in the far east maybe the best place to do this now although with animal conservation as it is now I would be surprised if there is anywhere left where joe public can get close to tigers.

I do know that there is a zoo in Australia where they take their captive tiger for a walk around the park, when the punters are present! You're allowed to pet them, but not alllowed near the head for obvious reasons.
I think there may be a kind of "keeper for a day scheme" where you can get a little more up close and personal, but you would have to sign disclaimers and I'm not sure what the price is- it certainly won't be cheap, in addition to the cost of the flight to Aus.
At the risk of stating the obvious: there is no such thing as a "tame" tiger; any such contact would involve a degree of risk. I can recommend swimming with sharks and stingrays, an amazing experience and doesn't have to cost the earth.

Perhaps if she is Schizophrenic she could just jump into the enclosure ?
Do you reckon a tiger, muzzeled with some kind of booties on would still rip you to bits.

Hmm, my other half has a similar desire but she'd like to hold a baby tiger.
Only place I've found that seems to suggest this is possible is the below zoo in Pattaya.
It's not all commercial at this zoo, they're also keen on conservation and breeding animals for the wild - or so the website says.

And when you missus is at the zoo I'm sure you could sample the local hospitality around pattaya

an old employee of mine has a picture of him with a tiger cub from a zoo in thailand, i can find out the name if you are serious, otherwise she can feed the tigers at paradise wildlife park in hoddesdon, herts. not quite the same, got it for my g/f for her b/day, she actually gave the tiger themeat, from behind a wire fence, but, it took it out of her hand, got pictures, she said was as close as she wants to get, and she loves tigers. they also make it stand on its hind legs, she stood on a stool, held the meat up as high as she could ( about 10 foot) and it took it fromm her hand, amazing experience.

I was at Marwell Zoo in Hampshire on the day they darted Boris (adult male) to move him to another zoo. Once he was asleep they put him on a flatbed trolley to take him to the van and I went up and asked for a cuddle.
I even managed to put my hand up against his paw for a size comparison - it was the greatest feeling in the world and the keepers still talk about it.
I have also been to a tiger park in Spain (Costa Blanca - I forget the name but can find out is you want) where they had a tiger cub with cystic fibrosis (I think). The mother decided she didnt want him as was being hand reared by the keepers. The strangest thing was a great dane decided it wanted to be its mummy and was very protective but he allowed you to sit next to it and stroke it.
So it is possible to cuddle tigers, you just need to be in the right place at the right time - phone round some zoos to find out if they are planning to rehome any tigers then plan a day out round them.
Good luck!

A mate of mine is currently travelling round the world. At the moment he is is South America working in some sort of wildlife park. He recently sent home pictures of him walking a fully grown Puma on a leash. LMAO - it looked so funny. The Puma just had a look that said, 'bring on the dogs'

The Zoo in Austrailia is a themepark called Dreamworld near Surfers Paradise. My and the Missus took one for it's morning walk cost about £250 for 1.5hrs but that was for up to 4 people and was worth it just to see how happy it made her.
