You need to be the registered owner and keeper to sell surely. If he paid but it's in her name then she's the keeper but he's the owner.
Bargain though, For ~£7k I'd let the paint dry and just drive it round like that

i would buy something like that TBH
just rip out all the interior and cage/bucket seat the thing up

or maybe its some stupid scam because Ive seen the pics of this car about 3 years ago somewhere on the net, bet its been posted in SN before too.
