Disagree for two reasons
1) It set a precedent that 159mph was not automatically dangerous driving.
2) Equipment must have been out. 159 mph from a Vectra (IIRC)

I thought under UK law you could not be charged with the same crime twice!!!
All though I disagree with what he did, he did it got charged went to court and was let off. he went through the UK legal system and was aquited so why should he be charged again with the same offence? Surely this is just another poke in the eye for the justice system when one judge overrules another it makes them appear incompetent, and if they are appearing incompetent then this sets a dangerous precident for other crims to complain that they judge was incompetent and demand a retrial etc.
