well a month since my new years diet start
i remember ages ago people were posting so thought id update
ive never been weighing myself as prefer to more feel the difference than keep looking at scales, made more of a lifestyle change, no cakes no buscuits crisps chocolate etc etc
i now just have one decent ish meal in the evening and feed on fruit during the day or a slim fast shake
i now am wearing clothes that havent fitted me for ages as didnt feel comfterble in them (big **** & stomache ) yes i am male lol
give it another month or so and im gonna have to go buy a new wardrobe
i kinda desided that sundays were a day off as we tend to go out for meals carvery etc, but we walk the dog in the new forest for about 3 miles so feel starving afterwards, and i make sure i have the chocolate fudge cake for desert
the only thing i havent cut down is me booze , well gotta have somin good in life havent we
so all things considering i would say its going reasonably well

Made the same decision myself about 2 weeks ago. No more sugar, infact I have one cup of tea now in the morning with sweetners, the rest of the day its water. No more chips, no more takeaways, no more fizzy drinks etc. More fruit, smaller portions and so far I've lost 7 pounds.

Its weird because I went through school and uni being a big guy, and every now and again I'd last about a week with a diet. Then suddenly it clicked, and now it's the gym 5 times a week and eat relatively healthy....and I don't hate it! which is odd.
