Bizarre Request - "Princess on Board Sign"

Does anyone know where i can get one of these.. they are pink and hang in the back of the rear window.. i've seen a few about.

Oh.. and it's not for me (Honest !!!!

I've a feeling they're available from Mothercare as well. Theres a Xsara Picasso in the Car Park with one, I'll have a looky after lunch.
