Just been for eye check up
They said the hemmorhage and the inflamation has gone down and its improved greatly. They dont think my site is going to improve though so looks like ill be partially blind in right eye.
I had to do a water sample too but i didnt need to go! I had a coffee and 2 cups of water! Went for blood test and still couldnt go! Had 2 more cups of water and now i cant stop!
Cut my drops down from 6 times to 4 times a day too, still on my 'roids though!
They told me last week not to go out because of possible infections etc. So asked this morning and she said no, you can carry on as normal just stay away from ill people! FFS! They made out i was house ridden last week!

I am partially blind in my right eye too! But I always like to look on th ebright side, and it saves me half in contact lens bills each month! I have been lik eit since birth though, so I can't imagine how dropping from 2 good eyes to 1 good eye will affect you (albeit, I expect, a fair bit!)

Do you ever wish you hadnt said anything?
When i had the HIV test my mum jumped to conclusions and mouth went ten to dozen.
I told my dad earlier that the doctors said my eye might not improve, away from my mum as i new she'd panic/go off on one. So hes just said infront of her "this is serious ****, what if it effects your left eye? You wont be able to drive, arent you concerned?" Blah blah blah.
So now my mums run upstairs crying
