Hi All

I have the above fitted in to my car, all thought I am very pleased with it, I have a question.

The voice activated bit wont work, it comes up failed all the time.
So you then go to use the phone book and the numbers you put your voice to wont show up.

So how do you ring out? When a call comes in it say my voice to tell me who is ringing so the activated bit must be set up ok.

Any help would be appreciated.

Hi

I dont have the same kit but I take it its Bluetooth! With my kit I need to have my phone set to 'Visable to Other Devices' on for my Car Kit to be able to activate any dialling functions!

No idea if thats of any use but thought it might help.

Thanks for your reply. I have found out what the problem was and still is, you put a Dot,tick in the box for hands free or phone so I ticked the box handsfree and all is well,Well till you leave the car and get in nexted time.

It does not save your answer so gos back to phone, how can you make it save the answer as I dont really want to put a tick DOT in the box saying handsfree each time i get in the car,or do I have to?

I just fitted the same kit and found it doesn't save settings, but saves my phone book ok - weird!

Also when you first conect it opens a silent call which I have to end. Again very strange.

Havent tried the voice commands yet.
