This is a tragic event and my thoughts are with her family especially at this time of year. BUT this seems to be a common occurance under this goverment because there is no deterrent to prevent these low life scum taking to the roads unlicensed,untaxed,uninsured what will these ******* get if they are caught ? 3 years

Lets assume that the penalty for knocking someone over on the roads was death ....................... would the scum that did this change what they did?
