Logo / website design outsourcing site
I found a great website several months back. It allowed you to put a design brief and budget up on a forum, and some talented people from around the world would then produce some great work for pennies. Only thing is, I can't remember the name of the site! Ring any bells with you lot? It was based on the format of a forum.

There's also www.freelancers.net but elance is my favoured resource...
