I was so put off........
When today the 97 pump at the local BP garage was off, so thought to just get the petrol at Tesco after being shopping, well the queue was a mile long, so never bothered but thought to try another garage down the road from town, got to the little garage and nothing said if it was 95 or 97 etc, so went in to ask, and asked the bloke do you have any 97, well you would have thought I was going in to rob the place, his face was utter shocked, he said "97, er.....we've got unleaded, its 91.9p" I said no I want to know if you have any 97 unleaded coz there's nothing to say what it is,so is it 95 unleaded or 97 unleaded?? The bloke still didn't have a clue and had no idea what he was selling, I was so put off at this point and asked him to repeat how much he said the petrol was, when he said 91.9p I just turned round and said, oh thats 95 then coz I know 97 is a bit more expensive, and just walked out in amazment. How can people working in garages not know what they are selling, and can't answer a simple question like that.
He even said, we have diesel, it was obvious I didn't want that, he just needed to look out the window to work that one out.

No I didn't think there was any round the back, but the garage looked derelict to start with and there wasn't anything to say what anything was!!
