first time uncle, dont just pile in, try and control the flow of people to their home, it will be very daunting for them, they will be shattered the first few days.

Uncles are generally great aint they? (but not uncle fred we don't talk about, he was weird)

My sister had her 2nd last week, went round on Saturday and ended up holding my 1st neice by her ankles and swinging her like a pendulum

My uncle was my role model when I was little - he had lots of girlfriends on the go, and nice cars, plus he didn't move out until he was 30 odd!

Now he is married, with two kids.

....He's not my role model anymore.

I also have a (great-) uncle Fred - he's a top bloke. Just about finished building his brand new Westfield, can't wait to have a go in it!

I've never seen anyone turn gray instantly. Wasn't sure if he was going to:

a: Cry
b: Run out
c: Throw up

(he went for option B, but it was fun speculating)
