Nokia won't communicate!

I haven't used bluetooth on my 6230 for ages. Yesterday I tried but could neither send nor receive at all on either bluetooth or infrared, although both are switched on. Anyone any ideas? I have a 256mb card in so have bags of memory spare!

Any suggestions welcome!
