Travel Insurance
Me and the girlfriend have just booked a trip to new york for 5 nights in january
I am wondering if anyone has suggestions on travel insurance. The cheapest i have found so far is Asda.
I have tried, tesco, sainsburys, elephant who are all 10 - 20 pounds more expensive than what asda can offer.
Any links, contacts you could offer would be great.

Hi
I work in a post office if you ask in any branch they will tell you how much it will be. You may find our quotes are more expensive but we offer a wider range of things such as loss of luggage delay on departure etc our comensation range is more and therefore well worth the money for that £10 or £20 extra. If you dont have time to go to a post office ill get you a quote tomorrow and post it up for you.

I use these guys, pretty competitive price and they email/SMS your policy details to you immediately after you've paid.

Make sure you get the same level of cover.
I flew to Berlin a few weeks back using Easyjet and their online insurance and duly lost or had my brand new digi camera stolen at Newcastle airport (don't know which). The camera cost me £283 a few days earlier but they could only pay out a max of £200 for any one item. They paid up pretty quick though.
