Part 1/4 just been on. Theyve got ahellofa task there!
They should have had some chavs in the Happy group, though probably too busy glassing people in the face...and funnily enough the first person the guy stops to hand out free flowers was a mum whos son was killed...
The police also need to take note...if even they dont give a f, stand back and let the street violence'n'murders happen then thats really going to give the public a positive happy attitude

Having had the displeasure to work in Slough for 4 years, I can only agree with Meridian That place is beyond saving. Flattening it and starting again would be preferable.

I thought the programme had some good messages about what makes people happy especially the bit about money over a happy marriage etc.

Material things can make us happy for a while, but that level is never sustained - just like the two lads in the convertible 3 series.

Having never been to Slough, I cannot comment on it.

use to go there in the evening a fair bit but theres always fighting in the streets so havent stopped there in years but carrying on to Windsor, even though their nightclubs are just as bad.
On numerous occasions we would be driving thru slough to windsor only to have wait as there was a fight in the middle of the road & about 5 policemen standing by the side of the road chatting to each other! I did look at one & shrug my shoulders in that "ok so are you going to do anything about this????" - he just blanked me off! i should have reported all of them...
