TomTom Mobile question: Help Please!!
Having successfully installed TT Mobile on my p910i, I communicated between the phone's bluetooth and the BT GPS receiver.
An icon was created in my phone suggesting it knows the receiver is there BUT TT Mobile says no GPS receiver detected.
Can anyone please help this novice???

Not got my phone here at the moment mate but if you go into your tomtom menu there should be a list of possible gps receivers to choose from, sure you choose the one that says something like " other GPS device " sure after that you switch your phones bluetooth on and the GPS receiver on and it will auto search and find your receiver.
once up and running mate is a great device to have in the car, best off luck !!

Have you paired the GPS reciever to the p910? If so the as said above goto teh tomtom menu and select GPS device. Its probably defaulted to the Tomtom one, you just have to select 'other GPS device' and choose your BT one.

Mine took a fair few goes to connect the first time I used it. And even now it sometimes struggles. I find rebooting the phone usually gives it the kick up the backside that it needs.

So, does Tom Tom work on the P910i then? All the retailers that I contacted said that it didn't, and that I should use ANOther - I eventually bought Route 66, which is ok, but could be better - the voice direction usually tells me to go left at the roundabout when the route is clearly straight on/right at the roundabout - according to the screen!!!
Should I buy Tom Tom then????
