Go to Lidl and buy a DVD player...
pal & ntsc, scart, optical out, svhs, dolby 5.1 decoder, and all phono outs,
remote control, scart lead, batterys....
and to put icing on the cake... it has a 7 in one card reader built in so you can view piccys cards direct to the tv...
and to top it off its only £20!!!!
sorted my 2nd room problem!!

Hello
I wandered into Lidl for the DVD offer and they had sold out. Wow, what an interesting place.
I have no clue why they are building one in Crowborough, doesn't really seem to fit their "target" audience.

I went down at 8.20 am, and apparantly they were queing up big style outside..
I got the ones i was after
they had a whole pallatt loaded up with them
the only fault i can find, if you can call it that
is that there was no set up/ test dvd in either of the ones i bought,
i spoke to the manager who was more than happy to refund my money, which i dont want, as the unit is fine, he,s going to speak to head office on monday and see what he can sort out
anyone else on here get one??

A Casio watch for 9.99 has more features than a Longines watch, but which will stand the test of time better? I imagine you can get a Sony one for a tank of fuel more?

Quite a few articles to click through at the bottom. After buying up many of the movie studios, record labels and game producers, and already having a large share of the electronics market they now want to criminally infest our personal property with spyware and virus' to protect their investments
I have owned 3 Sony products (TV, tuner and PS1), and whilst their contempt of their customers persists I shall NEVER own any more. For similar reasons I buy all my recorded media from overseas to deny the BPI any joy.
