Nokia Bluetooth Car Kit adapter
Need some help from the font of all wisdom that is SNetters.
Some time ago I saw a gadget that I now can't find again.
I have an ancient Nokia 6310i that I have kept all this time purely because it was the last Nokia phone that fits my car kit cradle, from that model on the design of the base of the phone changed and none of the newer models fit.
I've seen a little adapter that plugs into the car kit cradle and talks bluetooth to any mobile phone, thus enabling you to use any BT phone/device with the kit.
Anyone know what I'm on about and can send me a link?
TIA
Alex

I have just sucj a device .... Mine is from Lintech at http://www.lintech.de/english/ They do a couple of differingh spec. versions. I just got the adaptor for the CARK91 car kit. Works a most of the time. Somethimes it won't fire up and I need to push the connector back into the main car kit unit but that could just be the fact that the kit is old and was sitting in a mates garage for a year or so ....
Can't remember where I got it from exactly but this place do them: http://www.mobiland.co.uk/
They have a pdf description here:

You just need to get the correct adaptor for your kit etc. I did away with the 6310i holder and just fitted a universal phone holder. You also lose the auto charging as well but I don't have a problem with that. I have a 4-way cigar lighter extension in the glove box anyway.
Cheers
