no idea
when i got my keys for my new pad it was already with n-power so i stuck with them
they told me on the phone they would be collecting around £20/month

I'm assuming that if i go over this amount they will ask for the extra, and if i am under they will credit my account

to many other things to worry about at the moment TBH

You'd best get ready to change your supplier on a monthly basis then because all BG are doing is leading the market based on either the Heren or NBP price which is where the rest of the suppliers will have to go. You do realise that businesses are there to make a profit don't you?

I cant be bothered to change my supplier. Isnt it like all the hype with the telephones years ago ??
People dumping BT and going off to other suppliers ? All that did was give BT the excuse to offer a low rate service from there on in.
Makes me laugh when people demand excellent customer service and the only way to get cheap anything is to cut costs and that normaly means getting rid of peoples jobs.

Cant see all the fuss myself...
