bought item from amazon under used - it was fm2006
paid £12 stores = £24

thought guy had purchased and was well hacked off with it

anyway it arrived and its a copied cdrom that will not even read

just emailed him via amazon and reported it

Its a copy right infringement so tell him you want your money back , I guess it could be classed as counterfiet goods which the police could get involved in if he gets p1ssy about it

 

Also report it to the software vendor, telling them you bought it in good faith. They may ask you to send it to them, make a statement to the police and they may refund or supply you with a pukka version (or they may not).
