Can Anyone Explain This? Car Ran Me Over!
Well.....
Stood by the road and some one slightly pushed me and i stepped forward...
A car ran completely over my foot and left huge print accross my shoe...
Took a while for my brain to register what happened and then it hurt like nutts
BUT its fine, no broken bones, no damage.... Not a mark... How the hell did that not crush my foot?
Should be thankful really.

Approx weight of a car? 1,200 kg
Spread across 4 wheels = 300Kg per wheel
Assume also there is some give and redistribution due to the suspension and air in the tyre so maybe 250Kg if the full width of the tyre went across your foot, more likely it was just part of it (Average tyre is going to be say 140mm wide or more) so say 100kg actual weight, rolled rather than dropped. Yeah, it's going to hurt, but no worse than a fat guy standing on your toe.

Had it done to me. My motorbike cut out in traffic. Put my foot down and a Clio ran over it! Chased the b'stard down booted his door. Funnily, kicking his car hurt more than him running over my foot. Brand new pair of suede desert boots that were only a few hours old ruined by a tyre mark (it was the mid-90's, they were fashionable, honest!)

Interesting to hear.
I once tried something similar and tied a young filly to a trainline in a black and white western style setting. I donned a long flowing black cape, large black top hat and cane. Even had suspensive fast piano music in the background as well as the steamtrain drew closer and closer. Fantastic experiment.
