Anyone heard of "BIDPAY"?

What is the item he is paying for? How much is it? Where is the buyer based? Have you actually recieved something in the post or is it an email?
Lots of scammers use Bidpay, let me know a few more details.

Let me guess - he's a doctor from Nigeria who wants to buy the said item as a present for his brother / sister / random relative and he wants it quick so bidpay is the fastest way and can send a Fedex courier to pick it up..
etc etc etc...
etc etc etc...

Hi mate, you are not far out. He is from Nigeria and he wants the item for his Pastor (vicar).
The item is a PS2 and accessories that i put on ebay for £90 buy it now. I put on the ad for UK postage only to a value of £20.
To Nigeria it will cost with DHL courier service £165.50 and he said send it and send the tracking number to bidpay and they will send postal orders. this is very strange. Also you had a email from BIDPAY which was written in badly worded English.
have emailed ebay about this person.
His is also a non registered with ebay all of a sudden.
But he says send it anyway.
Please advise
