Hi, bit of quick advice, recently visted santa pod, to see the European finals, but to anyone who was there, it wasnt one of the best finals, they did all they could, but the ^&£$£ weather had its way nearly all day..... Anyway, it was only till i got home that i realised there was a rain off value for the tickets..only problem being, i've thrown my tickets, but still have my order number/conformation off of lastminuite..

Im going to give them a ring, but do you reckon there is any chance of retaining the rain off value with just the order no?
