job centre DON'T do jobs!!
My wife went to the job centre today to ask about a job she had seen while there with my son.
The woman asked her if she was registered as unemployed wife says no i have a job but i wan't to get a different one
Woman says I CAN'T HELP YOU!!!
She says she can only offer jobs to the spongers who DON'T want them
????????

Job Centres are useless. In fact most of the jobs in them you wouldnt want anyway. Its all minimum wage stuff.
Its silly really, as if you've made the effort to go to the Job Centre teh least you would expect is a little help. But the whole system seems clogged by beaurocracy.

It isn't all minimum wage stuff. My company (public sector funded) advertises through them and they're not NMW jobs!

job centres in my experience are little more than od style labour exchanges ....expect they have unhelpful/jobsworth scum sucking tossers running them
