You want to see some young asian lads deadlifting at my gym, makes me wince when I see them, makes the above look like a textbook lift!

How about straight legged and rouding your back with 220kg! One of them takes it out of a rack first at the stood up position and then bounces it off the floor lol! One of them is gonna have a serious injury.

I know... quite incredible though. At one point he hauled up the full 300 pounds using his back alone - strong lad. He will slip at disc at some point if he keeps upping the weight without changing technique however. Still saying that, I have seen worse techniques at the local gym.

I thought his sphinctor was going to pop out like the other weightlifter clips on the net.

How disappointing.
