What country do ya reckon has the lowest crime levels in the developed world?
Just watched a snippet of a UN broadcast and was quite surprised by the result. After a week of rioting and shooting at the police, is seems good ole Norn Iron has the lowest overall crime rate in the developed world, with violent robbery and sexual crime running at a mere 1% of the levels found in the rest of the UK. Now.... who said knee capping and punishment beatings don't work 
(remember, even the knee cappings count as crimes, and the only catagory where NI scores badly is 'violent crime against the person' )

According to the second chart Sweden has the highest level of crime per 100,000 people.
Statistics......maybe most of them could be for smacking children?

Maybe Northern ireland has no speed cameras.
