1, name & wifes name
2, bank account details
3, postcode
4, mobile number
5, email address
6, ebay username
7, item number
but he's not answering phone etc, told me endless amount of lies,
just thought if i could phone his house or send a letter he might rethink his strategy, i have tried the google search & phonebooks,
if I could pm someone that could find out what i am lookinf for I would be gratefull, many thanks

also try doing a electoral role search with the details you have in the 192.com site or similar. It doesn't cost anything to obtain the address details.
Also, you could go on confused.com or any other quote site put in the postcode - it usually then comes up with a list of houses related to that post code - at least then you'd have the street/road name.
Good Luck

I think if you wrote to his bank with letter in sealed envelope they would forward it to him. Make sure you put a stamp on as banks have no money for that sort of thing ![Roll Eyes (Sarcastic)](https://www.scoobynet.com/images/smilies/rolleyes.gif)
Also if you have the postcode you can get the street name and town from Royal Mail and if you just addressed it without house number then I would think postie would recognise it and deliver it. dl

Another idea is to Google the postcode. It may turn up something interesting. I did this for my own postcode and discovered (1) my next door neighbour is registered with various plumbing organisations - no surprise as he is a plumber
and (2) that the guy 4 doors down is involved in amateur operatics (which I didn't know).
If a Google on the postcode turns up the guy's name, you've got his address.
Good luck

You to say that all his e-bay stuff has gone - has he just vanished or can you look at feedback and ask a previous buyer/s via e-mail for his address - might be worth asking. dl

I am assuming you have checked in phone book (in library for his area) which will have his house number unless he is ex-directory?

no mate, all his details are now PRIVATE, he did this as soon as I asked him about postage for the item, his address wasnt on the invoice, but it was too late then, I should of smelt a rat sooner, but hindsight is a wonderfull thing

Here's the BT Directory Enquiries website. As long as he's not ex-directory, this will give you the full address.

Ah, well. Try 192.com. If he's on the electoral roll that will find him.
It costs to search there, but you can get free search credits by spending 10 minutes answering questions in a survey (or at least, you could when I last used it).

Try this - it's free until you get results & want further info but I think it will give the address details

e-mail me the info you have so far and I will check it out for you.
There is a reasonable chance we can get you his address.
harveysmith1@btopenworld.com
Do not expect much help from e-bay. Despite the facade they hide behind of being the caring operator they don't give a poo. They have a complaints procedure which is basically an automated e-mail generating system.
Their MD is a character by the name of Doug McCallum and he hangs out at 50 Victoria Embankment, EC4Y 0DX. Do not expect this ignorant person to assist you in any way and don't hold your breath for a reply to any correspondence even although you would expect that a responsible organisation would be grateful to receive it.
