Question Best "alternative" sandwich filling?

Please list your favourite non-obvious (but still edible) sandwich / baguette filler!!

E.g. Brie & bacon, tuna & apple, dairylee & marmite, mozzerella & salami etc.

Trying to find something different for the family picnic!

Cheers!
Steve.

Especially with extra Jalepenos.
