Anyone dealt with this lot before...


had a call today regarding upgrades... 3 months to go which i explained...

no probs according to them, tell me what i wanted and they would ring back nearer the time.... so they had some basic details tarrif, av bill, and confirmed my postcode and addy..


**** me 2 mins later i ger a text stating the system is down, but they will contact me shortly with a delivery date??

wtf.. anyway theres an 0845 to ring for any quieries..


so i diuals the number goes througha whole raft of button pushes.. to be told customer services is in another building and i must call...xxxx xxxx xx x

so i did.. only to get the smane message....


cheeky ******* the number is the same as the original number...


so it seems they can call you and send you stuff you dont want, but you cant get back to them??


what should i do refuse to accept the phone or just refuse to take it from the couruier if it turns up??


afaik i havent given any bank details, so they cant start billing me can they, or will my current provider give them those details?
