That's not quite true, we do have a task force more than capable of dealing with the problem
It's just that they've become so hamstrung by red tape, demoralised by the toadies in control and the behaviour of a court system heavily polluted with the likes of Mrs Bliar, and to cap it all, thanks to insane NL policies, they've become despised by the very people whose support they depend upon
