I only realised myself a few months back... I also realised I am a very clever chap because I always get at least one question right in each programme

Being all **** for a minute...
IIRC, they did experiment with the seating (back in the 70's when Bamber Gascoigne asked the kwestions) and actually had the teams sat as you see them, but only kept if for one or two seasons. Dunno why. Also dunno how I know that
