Either the Windowlicker remix on the Mercedes ad, as stated by Freak, above, or possibly Boards of Canada "Kid For Today" from the BMW 7 Series advert (the one where the car is at the bottom of an empty swimming pool and a woman dives off a diving board and swims/floats around the car). Great stuff!

Watching a music channel last night and Enigma - Return to Innocence came on. Not heard that in YEARS.... now IIRC thats from a Vauxhall advert. good tune

Okay not specifically a car advert but car related. The Dunlop ad. with The Velvet Underground - Venus In Furs, that was quite good
