What to do in Budapest?
Some friends and I are going to Budapest at the end of September. Has anyone been? If so what do you recommend we see and do?
Cheers,

Yes, went on a stag do earlier this year.
Not a great deal to do tbh, not as nice as Prague, too big a bit like a UK city. Quite a good laugh if your with the lads though. Walk across the river and up to the monument at the top, drink a few Erdinger's up there.
We did find a cracking nightclub though, open til 5am, £3 to get in and £1 a pint all night Cant remember its name now, will find out.
Drinks in the centre are expensive, less so in the outskirts, food is odd - tastes good but no matter where you go (expensive or cheap) they take over an hour to bring the starter, then an hour for main course, always cold as well

Shoot guns. I went over there for a stag do and it was great! Went to a gun club shot loads of different pistols, the .45's are stupidly powerful.
There are the Spa baths to relax in too.
If the weather is good then go to Rio, an open air nightclub

Sounds pretty good to me! The chance to shoot some pistols is very appealing as 4 of the 6 of us were in the Great Britain Junior Rifle Squad. I really didn't have much idea of what to expect from the place so thanks for the info. If you can find out the name of the club it'd be much appreciated.
