Looks like a pogo stick for each leg.

Looks a bit mad and the video is quite impressive (although if you lived on that street, you'd have to punch the bloke)

i was only thinking about these beastys over the weekend..

they were on one of the scrapheap proggys.. USA i think, one of the tech bods had come up with them, an experiment on how to enable people top run like animals,,

you can get incerdible speed and height.. and it was a fully grown bloke running around in them..

i was thinking about making some, but on closer inspection... wow now way

wow - i saw these on a proggy like tomorrows world or similar about 5 years ago - i thought at the time they looked way cool - you can run like the wind with them - like 30moh plus easily......and I've always wondered about them since....

Probably take some getting used to though - the dude who invented them was an ace - he made them after studying deer etc and how they used spring tendons in their hind legs for immense power....
