building regs??
Quick question,,,
my neighbours neigbour .. is building an extension at the bottom of the garden
how close to the boundary can it come?? one of the support pillars seems mighty close...
obviously my neighbour it a tad concerned
i thought it was 6 inches, can anyone confirm??

6 inches will about right - the projection of the foundations without going onto your land.
Is the extension part of the main house? Technically you're supposed to leave a 3ft gap for fire escape reasons if it's on an escape route.
