3 bed detached, corner plot with garage and gardens to 3 sides, not overlooked at the front, only got one neighbour: mortgage £47.5k, value £160k although considering taking £25k to add a conservatory, redo the kitchen and bathroom and convert the garage to another room.

House was 140k. Mortgage 90k

Just put a conservatory & a detached garage onto it & changing the internal garage to a sitting room

Will get it valued when all the work is done

All the above work is being paid for by the sale of my GT3

That was not a dig at you, just I can see this thread turning in to a "how high can you **** up the wall" type of thread.

145K (96400K repayment, 48600K interest) ... on 270K property

Toying with the idea of moving to a 300K property, but it'll leave me flat broke for years and put an end to modding the Scoob

T4molie

Yup..... the £48600 part is an endowment (due to mature in 15 years or so) that the Mrs had on her previous property. Probably won't be anywhere near that figure by that time

Why do you ask?
