Default Physio, feel bizarre is it normal

Had physio on my back today...

did some Kneeding and probing...

then some flexing etc..

then i was hooked up to a van der graff generator on steroids and zapped...

i kept haveing to up the power, as the muscle got used to it...

when i came off, the two muscles in my back were numb, i then had some biofreeze applied, which chilled the areas down..

now about 2-3 hrs later i have a bizzare feeling of euphoria / well being..

is this all those endorphins kicking off??

Go to a good chiropractor, mate. Now and again, I have problems with my back (as I have today due to twistinting it whist running this morning) and the only answer is to fly back to the one I see in Hereford.

It's so worth it though......usually clears up a day or two after the manipulation.

like whiplash but to the lumbar region? Probably pinched your intervertebral disc between the vertabrae?

Get yourself on one of those inverting machines whereby you hang upside down - releases all the trapped stuff

discs were ok,,, although they did think i had slipped one

looks like all the muscley bits around the lumbar area are bloxed up a bit and need sorting..

very bizzare feeling though

What were the steroids given to you? Cortisone? Were they injected between your vertabrae? Needle could have driven through nerves etc, giving you that odd feeling.

Only today I was putting shopping into the car and as I withdrew my arm I caught the side of my hand on the pillar - lost all feeling, went fuzzy and took about 5 mins to regain normality

initially felt fine after the shunt, just a stiff neck and shoulders..

24hrs later the old lowerback kicked off.....big time.....

nothing over the counter touched it

quick call to the quack

They prescribed voltarol & co dydramol after the shunt, and some basic physio..

when i saw the doctor agian, he reccomended more physio.. hence the visit..

mind you i ache this morning!!!
